Expansion and upgrade at existing wastewater treatment plant.  The work includes a new closed loop reactor oxidation ditch, one new secondary clarifier, one new backup generator, retrofitting two existing clarifiers into sludge holding tanks, retrofitting an existing sludge holding tank into a secondary clarifier and new sludge pumping station.  The work also includes all ancillary mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, spare parts and accessories, civil, structural, and other items needed to provide a complete, fully tested and operable system.
