This contract consists of the construction of two sewage pump stations within the confines of the former wastewater treatment plants for the communities of Carolina and Idamay. The Idamay sewage pump station will collect sewage from the community of Idamay and convey the sewage via force main to the community of Carolina. The Carolina sewage pump station will collect the sewage from the community of Carolina and Idamay and convey to the Town of Worthington for treatment. Each sewage pump station site will include the following major items: site development, wetwell, sewage pumps, valve vaults, flow meter, emergency back-up generator, storage building, mulch filter bed, blower and other items.
