The project consists of upgrades and expansion of the existing wastewater treatment facility and includes the following components:
- New oxidation ditch and filter building
- New aeration control system
- New integral clarifier system
- Disk filter equipment and associated piping
- New chemical storage tanks and pump shelter
- Refurbishments to existing equipment and systems
- Associated yard and process/mechanical piping
