Project involved rewatering of old C&O Canal to include raw meter pump station.  Pump station was 40 ft. deep, below Potomac River levels, 20 ft. in Army Corp’s flood control levees, utilizing cast-in-place concrete.  Project also consisted of 3000 lf of HDPE fusion welded joint force main piping, large diameter sewer pipe, storm piping, utilities, restoration and reclamation work.
