Project involves the construction of a new 600,000 gallon wire wound, pre-stressed concrete pre-sedimentation tank; installation of clarifier equipment in the new tank; sludge valve vault; sludge pump station; improvements to the existing pre-sedimentation basin consisting of demolition of existing equipment, installation of new flocculation, plate settlers and sludge collection system equipment, concrete rehabilitation, and installation of handrail and access stairs; plant piping; site work; fencing; electrical work.
